Manufacturer's Warranties

Most of the manufacturer's warranties cover things like manufacturing defects, warping, rotting, splintering and coming apart or delaminating. Typically, damage caused by "acts of God" like hail, tornadoes and wildfire are not covered. If you or your contractor bought your deck from Timbers and you need paperwork including the packing slip from the original shipment and/or a current replacement value estimate of your decking, please contact us and we will help get you what you need for insurance or warranty claims.
